Whilst many companies find it convenient to issue tender documents for the supply of catering equipment in one bill of quantities this is against the current trend.

Selective tendering direct to the manufacturer or importer can show considerable capital cost savings. Procuring direct from source be it manufacturer or importer reduces the line of communication; price mark-ups and improves the detailed quality of the finished items.

As no one company produces a full line of catering and servery equipment the tender is split into specialist segments and tendered.

Installation and commissioning is kept as a separate contract but this in no way invalidates any warranty.

PNA project manage the specialist contractors in accordance with CDM legislation from appointment through to on site, final commissioning to test running and opening. P.N.A. hold recognised accreditation as CDM project managers and also act as CDM managers on behalf of other consultancy practices. PNA has in force £1 million professional indemnity cover.

You are therefore assured of a fully finished and working facility, opening on time, fault free and within budget.

Continued Development

Once your new facility is up and open the PNA service can be retained to advise further on many different aspects, from staff recruitment, staff training, negotiating the supply of food, and packaging, secret shopper exercises, quality audits etc.

Frequently we are asked to obtain "xyz" product that was last seen on a visit to America or elsewhere. In most cases we can obtain the product or a similar type. The same appertains to equipment and décor memorabilia.
